D. Cold Plate Geometry

F. Heat Transfer

Water-side Convective Heat Transfer Coefficient W/m²K Reference ranges: natural/weak circulation 200–500; typical forced water circulation 800–1,500; high-flow or enhanced turbulence 2,000–4,000; plate heat exchanger or strongly enhanced flow 4,000–8,000+ W/m²K. Default 1,000 is suitable for conservative early sizing. LMTD Correction Factor Pure counter-flow or cylindrical tank: 1.0; multi-pass shell-and-tube: 0.80–0.95; Phase 3A default 1.0. Use LMTD Enabled Phase 3A always uses the LMTD method; this checkbox is a placeholder and does not affect calculation results.
